The Knowledgebase Search is designed to allow you to easily find information you need to operate our products.

Using the Search
1. Type the product and a few keywords in the Search Text Box.
2. Press Search.
3. Select the desired topic from the Search results.

- To search for an operating guide: for an IS-330, enter "is-330 operating guide" in the Search Text Box and click on Search.
- To search for what a display message means: enter in the model and the message, "im330 dbx-06-037" in the Search Text Box and click on Search.

Quick Links
Quick links are provided to allow you to access commonly used features quickly. Simply select the desired Quick link by clicking on it.

Icons
Icons are used throughout the Knowledgebase as a quick visual indicator of the product or type of document or file.

Examples:
= Operating Guide = PDF File = Interactive Flash Simulation = Zipped File ... and so on.

Can't Find What You Are Looking For?
If you do not see the information you are searching for, try the following:
1. Verify your model and spelling of keywords.
2. Use different keywords.
3. Use just the model with no keywords.

If you still can not find the information you are looking for, Ask A Question.
